New process for the preparation of a vegetable yogurt

A well-known Italian SME operating in the field of processing and preservation of fruit and vegetables, has developed a new process for the preparation of a vegetable yogurt formed by fermentation of vegetables and fruits under the action of lactic bacteria.

The company is interested in various agreements including Licence Agreements and Commercial Agreements with health and natural food worldwide manufacturers.

FP7 project (IAPP): consortium seeking for SMEs involved in dairy products / vegetables puree

A consortium, coordinated by a French food safety agency and including a Belgian university, a French laboratory and a Greek SME is looking for industrial small business in the dairy products for an FP7 project.

Objectives are to provide solutions to risk detection relating to bacillus cereus (bacteria), knowledge, skills and expertise for the improvement of processes in the food industry (dairy products and vegetables purees).
