FP7 project (IAPP): consortium seeking for SMEs involved in dairy products / vegetables puree
A consortium, coordinated by a French food safety agency and including a Belgian university, a French laboratory and a Greek SME is looking for industrial small business in the dairy products for an FP7 project.
Objectives are to provide solutions to risk detection relating to bacillus cereus (bacteria), knowledge, skills and expertise for the improvement of processes in the food industry (dairy products and vegetables purees).
